Hello Taiwan:)
9th June to 13th June 2012
Time of flight: 7.10am
Leaving house timecheck: 5.45am
JQHL came over and my 伟大的 papa and mama fetch us over. It was not even 6am (zzz)
Did the check-in before we went to have breakfast at Wang and not long we went in! Were so exciteddddddd we walked around before we board the plane.
Oh, I bumped into Jiajia's sister-in-law outside the ladies and she was going to Taiwan too! Hahaha so coincidental!
So here we are, on the plane!
It was drizzling:(

After 4hrs+ on flying in the sky, we finally landed!!!!! So happy cos i wasn't used to the seats. And when it was our turn to get our passports stamped (we were happy actually cos we were the first few and saying heng ah, so many people joining the queue now), the lady asked us to fill up a form which, we didn't. GRRRRRRRR. LET'S JOIN IN THE QUEUE AGAIN.
So anyway when we finally made it out, we saw MANY PEOPLE waiting for us! They were, basically, screaming and shouting the moment they see us, or anyone who walked out. Don't ask me who they were waiting for cos I've no idea either (I'm super noob in KPOP).
Back to us, we went to purchase the TW mobile line and the one we got was NT300 for 5days unlimited usage! Ok la, use whatsapp to convey our safety, ok right?! && dealed with an uncle who will provide us transport service to and fro airport-hotel-airport. And, i personally think we got hacked like don't know what, NT2500 for 2 trips.
Anyways, the uncle who fetches us to the hotel is super nice and friendly and polite! GOOODDDDDDDD. Brighten our day :D
Finally, here we are, at our hotel lobby! We can only check in at after 3pm so we went opposite to have our lunch first before coming back.

At around 4pm, we decided that we should get out of the room and start the entire trip going! Hehehehe
#1: XiMenDing (XMD)
As per our schedule, we jalan around XMD for the next 2hrs. The other 2 were starting to buy buy buy while for don't know what, i kept shaking my head and went on to the next few shops. So.wasted.
And what made me alittle pissed was one of the shop assistant gave up persuading me into buying and ask, " 你是有budget是吗?"
SERIOUSLY.
When i got leftover money i'll go into your shop and spend it straight away!

This station is like within 5mins walk away from our hotel! :D

So it was time to move on! And before we actually do, we purchase the tickets hehehe.

And they REALLY LINE UP *respect*
It's really convenient cos we would really know where we are going / whether we are in the right track:)

#2 - Shilin
The very first item we had at Shilin.
Apart from food stalls, there are also game stalls! I would say it's very much alike to the pasar malam style.

& we finally walked to Shilin hehehe

We decided to go underground and see what it's like! Too bad we didn't take any photo cos it was way too crowded. It's like 人挤人 lor.
Smelly Tofu! It isn't that bad as what we all thought to be. Edible & "Smellable"
Oyster Egg. I won't rave about it though. Once is enough :x
I WANTED THIS SO MUCH!!! One of my regrets :((

After a round inside, we made our way out and it was so much better! More stalls!!!! FOOD & Clothing stalls heeheeeheeee :O
MUAHHHH CHEEEEEE.
Costly fruits (We mix the fruits and it cost NT450. Hello was i dreaming there?!)

So after afew hours there like 10+ already we figured that we should go back.
Here, we explored and tried to warm the food we tabao back.

Microwave, ice/hot water, coffee ....

Okay it was time to turn in for Day 2!

*In the middle of the night*
While both HL and me were already sleeping soundly, I suddenly heard JQ calling my name and saying it's earthquake. Yes, at 5am in the morning. So half asleep/awake, we asked HL to call the recept and ask & all they said was that it's normal and there were earthquakes recently.
OH. Boom, back to sleep. HAHAHA.
