Started work on
Wednesday, and i can say it's not that easy also lo. Everyday work up at 7am, catch 7.45am de bus and take the mrt. mrt very very very pack. Really! So basically, my jobscope is like this:
-handle all incoming calls & transfer them to the correct person
-Attend to visitors&contractors (Give them the file to sign in, and then give them a pass each - got 2 diff files and 2 diff. kind of passes)
-Book meeting rooms requested by staff & update on the calendar on the computer.
-Incoming mails have to stamp "received", record in the incoming mail book & Place them on the tray base on their dept.
-Outgoing mails have to paste the stamp (got many different kind carrying diff. postage fee), record in the outgoing mail book & mail it.

I never list out all cos i'm afraid i can't say out. Maybe luh, just to be safeeeeee.These are maybe about 1/4 of the work bah. Still got others such as billings & Fed Ex. Have to buy more work clothes cos i can't always wear the same bah. Waste money lo. Lunch time is only 1 hour. &&& Monday&Tuesday Michelle(my senior) will not be around. I guess i'm having lunch myself T_T SO WEIRD! Hopefully may(my dept de manager)/yeow hui(legal dept) will accompany me luh! Or
jun want to come down to commonwealth & accompany me for lunch? =x
JOKING LUH. Know you won't want.
Anyway, really wish that i could perform well on
Monday&Tuesday cos Michelle will not be around! Hope so luh. hmm, what else? oh ya! Jq&Hl got the same job, and will be working tgt @ vivo. like abit far. The jun still having for ppl to contact her. But hopefully Felicia will contact her, and she comes down for interview lo! Then i can gek gek pretend "
Yes, may i help you?" WAHAHAHAHAS. I'm prepared to receive jun as an visitor coming for an interview. *after jun signed the visitor log file, then i'll say "
ok, please take a seat first." WAHAHA. woots woots. say le jiu high. ~_~ I shall wait for that day! Meanwhile, good luck to jq&hl for their first day on Monday! *CHEERS*
